Dear Members,
The unilateral decision by Swimming Canada to cut ties with MSC has disrupted our funding formula, which had been in place for over 40 years. We must now reach out to individual swimmers for payment of our fees rather than having our fee collected as part of the Swimming Canada fee and the two organizations doing a back-office reconciliation. This year, therefore, presents a financial challenge to MSC until everyone gets used to the new way of working. We need your support to secure our financial position.
